In more complex environments, it can happen that a user's external extension number does not match the internal number. For example, the extension number is often extended by a location-specific prefix. We look together at how the line assignment in UCServer can still be carried out automatically with the help of regular expressions, how outgoing calls can also be placed internally across locations if possible and how the contact display can be carried out correctly.

Request access data for the estos ticket system (for end customers)
You have a estos Customer Care (eCC) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) and require the access data to the estos ticket system (not for estos partners).
Create a ticket
As an estos partner you can register via your my.estos.de Partner Account register in the ticket system. As specialist retailer participation in the estos partner program required.
As an end customer you must first apply for access data for the estos ticket system.
