Request access data for the estos ticket system (for end customers)
You have a estos Customer Care (eCC) or Service Level Agreement (SLA) and require the access data to the estos ticket system (not for estos partners).
Create a ticket
As an estos partner you can register via your my.estos.de Partner Account register in the ticket system. As specialist retailer participation in the estos partner program required.
As an end customer you must first apply for access data for the estos ticket system.
