Logging of the ProCall Mobile App for iOS
The respective modules of the ProCall Mobile App for iOS log errors, warnings, information and debug details.
Unlike ProCall Client for Windows, for example, logging in this software cannot be configured.
The ProCall Mobile App for iOS therefore always logs all events and operations across all logging levels (errors, warnings, information, debug information).
logs.zip
The recorded log files are prepared by the estos ProCall Mobile App for iOS in the form of a ZIP archive under the name logs.zip for provision and forwarding.
For an analysis, please always provide the complete ZIP archive and not single log files.
