Preview! 

ProCall NEX is available as a preview version. There are still limitations in terms of functionality and quality. We are continuously working on further development.
The information provided here is still provisional and is constantly being updated.

To log in to ProCall, please enter your ProCall login details:

  • UCConnect ID or alias
  • Username/Password or Login with Microsoft (Entra ID)

For your login, two steps are required:

  1. In the first step, enter the UCConnectID or the alias provided.
  2. In the second step, enter your user login data.

ProCall offers several variants for user administration, authentication procedures, multi-server environments or installation on-premises (installed locally) or via the cloud.
The information required in your company for your login depends on the administrative factors selected and the tariffs/licenses booked.

Therefore, your login includes the following login steps:

  • Login to the correct server with ProCall
  • Authentication for you as a registered and authorized ProCall user

You can use your account data for login for the various ProCall apps/clients
(provided you have the appropriate authorization),
for example at

  • ProCall Client for Windows
  • ProCall App for Web (Preview)
  • ProCall Mobile Apps for Android and iOS
  • ProCall App for Microsoft Teams
  • ProCall Meetings

ProCall Client for Windows

Since the ProCall client for Windows is installed locally, you may also be asked whether this client should connect to ProCall NEX during the first installation.
