ProCall NEX is available as a preview version. There are still limitations in terms of functionality and quality. We are continuously working on further development.

ProCall NEX, the New estos Experience, is estos' solution for companies for complete business telephony & UCC applications from the cloud.
The advantages of ProCall NEX are
- ProCall unified communications client firmly established on the market and familiar to users
- the UCServer management familiar to administrators
- Integrated cloud PBX
- Integrated STARFACE Connect SIP trunk or, if required, the existing SIP trunk can be used depending on the selected tariff
- Flexibility, scalability and integration with other existing business applications by moving business communication & collaboration to the cloud
- Transparent and flexible tariffs with simple and timely adjustment of current user numbers via UC Connect
- Regular, automatic updates such as security updates
- no hardware or software acquisition required as with on-premises solutions, and estos also takes care of the operation of the solution.
As a Unified Communications as a Service solution , ProCall NEX thus offers companies with distributed locations as well as companies with mobile employees or flexible working models or remote working the opportunity to simplify and improve internal and external communication and collaboration.

What tariffs are available?
The following switching and telephony functions are supported within business telephony:
- Starting a call and answering a call
- Transferring calls
- Telephone conference (max. 3 participants) (ProCall Client for Windows only)
- Call forwarding to any destination on "Busy" or "Always" and by time (ProCall Client for Windows only)
- Call forwarding to the voice mailbox on "Busy" or "Always" (ProCall Client for Windows only)
- Immediate call forwarding to any destination in the mobile apps
Collection/call groups
- All group members who are activated for Voice Services can log in and out of the groups via ProCall Client for Windows and the mobile apps.
- An after-work greeting can be stored, which is played when calls are made outside working hours.
- A voice mailbox can be activated to which incoming calls outside working hours are forwarded (ProCall Client for Windows only).
Single-stage IVR
- IVR Interactive Voice Response: The caller can be connected directly to the desired destination using telephone keys (DTMF).
- An after-hours greeting can be stored , which is played when calls are made outside working hours.
- A voice mailbox can be activated to which incoming calls outside working hours are forwarded.
Voice mailbox for each user
- The voice mailbox can be set up and accessed via the ProCall Client for Windows.
- Voice messages left by the caller are delivered by e-mail.
