Log files for operating ProCall Enterprise Servers
Via the Provide log files button, the generated log files of the estos ProCall Enterprise server services are provided in a ZIP archive on the desktop. You can use the following list of log files in this data archive to check whether all relevant data is available.

The following two files are created only when the logs are provided in the ZIP archive, so they are not included in the log directory at runtime of the system.Location of the log files
If the directory for events has not been explicitly changed in the estos UCServer administration, the storage location of the log files on the estos ProCall Enterprise server is set to <UCServerInstDirectory>\logs (e.g. C:\Program Files\estos\UCServer\logs) in the default installation.
Installation log files
Since version 8.1 further log files are created while installation.

Location of the log files
The log files of installation of estos ProCall Enterprise servers via "Provide log files" button - as described above - are not included in the ZIP archive. Therefore you have to provide these files separately as required.
These files are stored at %TEMP% bzw. %localappdata%\temp.
