ProCall Meetings and ProCall Enterprise client for Windows: Start instant meetings

PROCALL ENTERPRISE PROCALL MEETINGS INTEGRATION CONFIGURATION MEETNOW!

With the new Meet Now feature, the ProCall Meetings platform can now also be used for spontaneous online meetings. A meeting room is temporarily available for this purpose.

The access to Meet Now can be integrated into the ProCall Enterprise client for Windows interface and is then available with just one click, for example, from the call window, in a chat, or in the main menu.

Despite successful connection establishment, the bidirectional voice can only be heard a few seconds later: The first seconds of the call are "missing", otherwise the connection is available in undisturbed quality.

Customize MetaDirectory search results

To customize search results for MetaDirectory 5 Enterprise, several configuration options are available. In a new overview, we have compiled notes and helpful articles on the subject of customizing search results. 

Customize template for additional attributes in MetaDirectory search results list 

To display more attributes about the contacts in the detailed view of the search results list of the new MetaDirectory search page, you can customize the corresponding template.

Enable Contact Merge – combine search hits from different data sources

Data on one and the same contact is often stored in parallel in different data sources. For example, order-related data for a contact is stored in an ERP system, support data in a ticket system, and general and marketing data in CRM. The new MetaDirectory web portal now offers the option of displaying this data in a single search result. By activating the "Contact Merge" feature, contacts with the same email address or the same SIP address are automatically merged and all information is displayed as one contact. Other fields can also be configured via a .js file:

DRAFT: MetaDirectory Replicator for Microsoft Dynamics 365: more fields via FetchXML

In the MetaDirectory Replicator for Microsoft Dynamics 365, there is an option to make additional database contents (fields) from referenced tables and therefore also results from filters/queries available in the field assignment wizard. 

This can be used. for example, as a basis for contact data resolution, business process integration (CEBP), for a customization/expansion of the call window. 

We have illustrated the procedure in a step-by-step guide using an example in which the company name is added to the contact data.

USEFUL INFORMATION

No public folder replication for Microsoft Office 365 – Shared mailbox for central contact data

METADIRECTORY ENTERPRISE REPLICATOR MICROSOFT OFFICE 365  ADMINISTRATION HOW-TO  MICROSOFT OUTLOOK CLOUD   

For Microsoft Office 365, public folders cannot be replicated via Microsoft Graph Replicator. Microsoft Graph does not provide any functionality for this (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/mailfolder?view=graph-rest-beta).

Instead, use a Shared Mailbox to replicate centralized contact data via Microsoft Graph Replicator.
