In the current version, ProCall Meetings now supports the use of virtual backgrounds: We have therefore revised our Quick start: Participate in a meeting with ProCall Meetings.
When participating in a meeting, it may make sense in a video conference not to show one's own surroundings or to show them only vaguely, for example, to protect one's own privacy, to avoid visual disturbances or distractions in the background, or to design the background according to the corporate identity of a company.

Screen sharing in Citrix/Terminal Server environments: multiple screens/monitor selection does not work

PROCALL ENTERPRISE CLIENT SCREENSHARING  TROUBLESHOOTING  TERMINAL SERVER CITRIX    

If multiple monitors are connected for the ProCall client in Citrix/Terminal Server environments, but it is not possible to select between the monitors for screen sharing and only the content of the primary monitor is displayed, it may be because the Direct3D application programming interface (API) is not supported in Terminal Server environments. A registry entry to disable Direct3D support can help here.

Automatic redial on ProCall client does not work
