Once you have put ProCall NEX into operation,

monthly subscription

  • Change your tariff for the next month.

annual subscription

  • carry out a tariff upgrade to the next month.
  • downgrade a tariff or reduce the number of users for the next contract period only.

This only applies if the billing cycle of the subscription model (monthly or annual) remains the same when changing tariffs. If you wish to switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription or vice versa, the current contract must be cancelled and a new contract concluded via the usual sales channel.

A change of tariff can only be made by placing a new order with your licence partner, including details of the new tariff:

  • the new tariff
  • the contract number

Our team will create the activation key for the new tariff and take care of changing the activation keys in the corresponding UCConnect account. The activation key for the old tariff will be replaced automatically.

Please remember to carry out any necessary configuration of the new features

When changing tariffs, the current tariff is charged for the remaining month. The billing period for the new tariff starts from the following month.


The tariff change affects all users and add-ons. Mixed tariffs are not possible.
