ProCall NEX 

After you have put ProCall NEX into operation, you can change the number of users activated in the UCServer for ProCall NEX at any time.
To change the number of users, you must make settings both in UCConnect and on the UCServer.

  • For the ProCall NEX tariff (Business, Professional, Professional Flat or Enterprise), the minimum number of users cannot be less than 5.
  • The number of optional ProCall NEX add-on DeviceOnly User can be reduced to 1 user.

Changes to the number of users affect the billing:

Monthly subscription

  • In the event of an increase , the highest number of users in a month is billed at the end of the month.
  • In the event of a reduction , the reduced number of users will be billed from the following month. 

Annual subscription

  • In the event of an increase, the additional users are billed pro rata from the 1st of the current month for the remaining months of the contract term.
  • During the current contract period, only an increase is possible, not a reduction in users - in the annual subscription, a reduction can only be made via the known sales channel for the next contract period.

It is not possible to set the number of users to 0. A minimum number of 5 users is specified for the ProCall NEX tariff (this does not apply to the DeviceOnly add-on). In addition,the number of users cannot be less than the number of currently active users in the UCServer. You can adjust the number of activated users at any time via the UCServer administration. 

In UCServer

Do not forget to activate/deactivate the authorisation for ProCall NEX in the UCServer for the corresponding users and assign phone numbers if necessary.
