If you have booked the ProCall NEX Business or Professional tariff , you can request a SIP trunk change at any time (after you have put ProCall NEX incl. Cloud PBX into operation ).

A test number is immediately available to you via the STARFACE Connect SIP Trunk so that you can start using ProCall NEX immediately and do not have to wait for your number to be ported or your SIP Trunk to be connected. Your SIP Trunk can then very easily replace the Connect SIP Trunk if it fulfills the following basic requirements, among others:

The SIP trunk to be connected is listed as"cloud ready" at siptrunk.de.

  1. If the SIP trunk is listed as "cloud ready" at siptrunk.de, please contact your estos account manager first if you are interested in changing your SIP trunk.
  2. Your account manager will coordinate the following list of questions with you before the technical case-by-case check:
    1. Which SIP trunk should be connected?Please note: the exact product is relevant here, i.e. do not just specify the company, e.g. "Telekom", but the exact product, e.g. "Telekom Company Flex" or "Telekom SIP Trunk Pure"
    1. Do you need a new phone number or do you want to move an existing one?
    2. Specify the phone number with extension range
    3. Are there certain deadlines that must be taken into account for the implementation?
    4. How many users does the SIP trunk have?
    5. Is the software already activated?
    6. Does the PBX require a static IP address for SIP registration with the provider?
  3. Your account manager will support you in completing and documenting the questions from the questionnaire.
  4. After consulting with your account manager and completing the questionnaire, please create a ticket and add the completed questionnaire to the ticket.
  5. Our product support staff will review the content and then contact you for a preliminary technical review and implementation.
