PROCALL ENTERPRISE RELEASES NEW FEATURES SERVICE RELEASE SR1
The new Service Release 1 of ProCall 7 Enterprise is available from 03.11.2020.
The main new features at a glance:
- User interface improvements
- A call window for parallel calls (parallel call)
- Use as a TAPI Server
- OAuth2 for Microsoft Office 365 connection

PROCALL ENTERPRISE UCSERVER SYSTEM EXPANSION ADMINISTRATION SOFTPHONE OPERATING SYSTEM HARDWARE
The number of registered users monitored lines and presences and active softphone calls influence the hardware requirements for UCServer and the number of media servers.
Therefore, we have supplemented the system requirements for ProCall 7 Enterprise with a guide that provides guidelines and hints on how the Microsoft Windows Server system should be equipped for the UCServer to ensure good voice quality and sufficient performance.

Product change for settings with Microsoft Internet Explorer

Changes had to be made to the ProCall Client for Windows, which are directly or indirectly related to Microsoft Internet Explorer and its settings on the system:
Affected product versions: ProCall 6.4.12 Enterprise and ProCall 7.1 Enterprise
Effects on call window customization (ActiveX)
- The domain name ecticlient.local is no longer used
- Embedded Internet Explorer windows of the client for Windows are displayed via the security zone "Local Intranet"
