Activate Remote Office in the UCServer administration under Management Group Properties for CTI functions
ProCall Mobile App
- Activate Remote Office in the "My presence" area of the ProCall Mobile App and enter the Remote Office number
- Start a phone call from the mobile app (via search)
- Accept the forwarding on the smartphone/mobile phone if necessary
Remote Office only works if target and remote office numbers are external numbers.
You can only dial destination numbers that are included in your favorites or in one of the data sources.
