ProCall Enterprise and STARFACE Cloud PBX successfully tested
PROCALL ENTERPRISE PBX TELEPHONE SYSTEMS TC CONFIGURATION CLOUD SOFTPHONE ECSTA FOR SIP PHONES INTEROPERABILITY
We have successfully tested the interaction between ProCall Enterprise and the STARFACE Cloud PBX and provided corresponding profiles for the connection.

ProCall Enterprise and Busylight support: kuando Busylight models from Plenom
PROCALL ENTERPRISE BUSYLIGHT THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS INTEROPERABILITY KUANDO PLENOM
From version 7.3.3 ProCall Enterprise with the Windows client supports additional kuando Busylight models from Plenom:
- Busylight Alpha Model 2
- Busylight Omega Model 2
In combination with ProCall Enterprise, Busylight makes it possible not only to see the display of presence or call status on your own screen in the ProCall Monitor, but also to signal it visually in a room/office: If a Busylight is connected to the workstation, the display indicates, for example, "busy" with a red light or "free/available" with a green light for all others in the same room. The colors of the powerful LED are matched to the ProCall presence management.

ProCall 7.3 passes the safety-related test for third-party applications at ATRUVIA
PROCALL ENTERPRISE BANKING ATRUVIA INTEROPERABILITY AGREE21 CERTIFICATE
ATRUVIA (formerly Fiducia & GAD) has conducted the security check of third-party software for the communication solution ProCall 7.3 of estos GmbH via Ostertag DeTeWe and released it for use on agree21 client (Windows10, without role locked): This verifies the safety of the installation of the application. The ATRUVIA certificate dated 15 December 2021 for ProCall with the result of the test and corresponding requirements/recommendations can be requested from estos from now on.
Hotfixes for MetaDirectory 5 Enterprise and Replicators for EWS, Graph and Salesforce
METADIRECTORY ENTERPRISE REPLIKATOR UPDATE WARTUNG MAINTENANCE
MetaDirectory 5 Enterprise maintenance release version 5.0.16 was released in January. Two hotfixes were released to address issues with the EWS, Graph and Salesforce replicators.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) replication fails with MetaDirectory 4 Enterprise – End of Life reached

Update required. MD4 End of product life cycle. Interface changed by Microsoft. New replicator from MD 5 5.0.14
Indications are the error message in the database wizard: The connection to the server cannot be established... – Exception: Metadata contains a reference that cannot be resolved.
For Microsoft Dynamics 365, the interface for reading out the data has changed in such a way that a new development of the replicator had to take place. Microsoft has deactivated the old interface. An update to a current MetaDirectory 5 Enterprise version is specifically required if the replicator is to be used for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Starting with MetaDirectory 5 Enterprise version 5.0.14, there is a new replicator for Microsoft Dynamics 365. MetaDirectory 4 Enterprise has already reached the end of the Product life cycle, therefore no further software changes will be made to MetaDirectory 4 Enterprise and the provision of documentation, product information and installation packages has been discontinued.
Data protection-friendly basic settings in ProCall Enterprise – GDPR
PROCALL ENTERPRISE GDPR CONFIGURATION ADMINISTRATION DATA PROTECTION
ProCall 7 Enterprise and ProCall 6 Enterprise already offer privacy-friendly default settings during installation. These can also be changed after installation in the UCServer administration:
E.g. profile settings, deleting journal entries, chat messages, cleaning up shared content, logging (error) events etc.

The change of name has an impact on the presentation of the company's image, but as far as we know does not entail any functional changes to the Universe Cloud.
We are currently working on updating all relevant information about ProCall Enterprise and the Universe Cloud PBX from Firstcom (formerly C+ITEC) accordingly and adjusting the profile to be selected.
