IXI-UMS BUSINESS MAINTENANCE UPGRADE INSTALLATION UNIFIED MESSAGING     

As of version 7.01.0.23, it is now also possible to upgrade from ixi-UMS 6 Business to ixi-UMS 7 Business including data transfer.

We have therefore extended our information on the upgrade procedure for ixi-UMS 7 Business in case of major release change.  

In a best practice, we have compiled information for you on how to proceed when upgrading (major release change) ixi-UMS Business (example from ixi-UMS 6 Business to ixi-UMS 7 Business). A complete reinstallation is required

For users of ProCall Enterprise in conjunction with SIP softphone lines, it may seem unusual that a call is signaled again in the ProCall Enterprise client call window for a held call after a certain time interval has elapsed. The signaling of a new call for a held caller via SIP represents a feature of the Panasonic PBXs to remind users of callers on hold. 
We have therefore supplemented our connection instructions for Panasonic KX-NS1000 with corresponding notes:
