This article explains how you can send us large amounts of data, for example crash dumps, estos UC Media Server log files or PCAP traces.
For the transfer of larger amounts of data (>20 MB) you have the following options:
- You provide us with the data via your own file transfer system.
- You want to use our estos FileShare (based on Microsoft SharePoint)? Please let us know in the corresponding support ticket so that we can provide you with the appropriate link.
After the complete transfer of data, please update the associated support ticket accordingly, so that ticket processing can be continued. Please notify us promptly, as the data on estos FileShare is regularly deleted automatically.
