There are several ways to achieve high availability for systems, such as using HA applications, redundant NICs, server clusters, redundant power supplies, and so on. You can also achieve high availability at the virtualization level. In vSphere, a feature called vSphere High Availability is used to achieve high availability at the virtualization level. ProCall Meetings – Integration in ProCall

ProCall users can also optionally log in with their ProCall user data before attending a meeting via ProCall Meetings. What does this do?

Registered ProCall users benefit from the integration with ProCall Meetings and do not have to change their status manually: ProCall evaluates the meeting participation and can, for example, automatically display the presence status in ProCall as "Busy" with a note "In meeting" and, if necessary, activate call protection for the time participants are in the meeting. 
The settings for presence and call behavior can be specified by the user or by the administrator

Unified messaging and online services – set up ixi-UMS for online mail server

IXI-UMS CLOUD MAILSERVER ONLINE SERVICES CONFIGURATION COMMISSIONING FAX UNIFIED MESSAGING

ixi-UMS as a unified messaging server can be used in conjunction with local mail servers (on-premises) and with online mail servers (provided via online services, "from the cloud"). In principle, the connection is the same, but some processes/interfaces must be defined or provided differently.
We have put together a short description of what needs to be taken into account for the use of ixi-UMS when connecting to online services (such as G Suite/Google Apps, Microsoft Online Services) in contrast to the connection to a local mail server during installation and configuration.

Permissions for AD group members are not considered – Primary group as the reason?

PROCALL ENTERPRISE UCSERVER USER ADMINISTRATION ACTIVE DIRECTORY CONFIGURATION PERMISSIONS 

If permissions in UCServer are ignored for members of a group from Active Directory, it is worth taking a look at UCServer Administration to check whether this is a primary group.

For members of primary groups, the data cannot be evaluated from the "member" field; here, RID (Relative Identifier) is used.

uaCSTA problems in connection with Yealink and 3CX

PROCALL ENTERPRISE 3CX YEALINK UACSTA PBX TROUBLESHOOTING 

In the constellation of 3CX PBX, Yealink end devices and the uaCSTA, it is possible that

  • incoming as well as outgoing calls are not always signaled.
  • Status information in the ProCall Client is displayed incorrectly or not at all
  • the uaCSTA does not display a connection to end devices or can only be connected sporadically.

estos ECSTA 6 receives certification from Atos for Unify Open Scape Voice V10

ECSTA CERTIFICATION INTEROPERABILITY UNIFY    

estos received certification for ECSTA 6 for Unify OpenScape Voice on March 2, 2021 as part of the "Atos Unify Ready Technology connectivity certification" after extensive testing. The certification confirms the interoperability of the estos ECSTA V6 on the CSTA interface of the Atos Unify OpenScape Voice V10.
