ProCall Enterprise 8.5 Feature Update - what's new?
PROCALL ENTERPRISE RELEASE FEATURE UPDATE MITEL MIVOICE BUSINESS CISCO CUCM END DEVICES
The new ProCall Enterprise version 8.5 has been available since July 8, 2024. Here is a brief overview of the main new features:
- Softphone support for Mitel MiVoice Business
- SIP trunk connection for Cisco UCM Unified Communications Manager (CallManager) - Preview
- Further headsets from Jabra and Yealink successfully tested for ProCall Enterprise

PROCALL VOICE SERVICES CLOUD PBX NEW VERSION RELEASE SNOM UPDATE
Withversion 2406.0 of ProCall Voice Services (add-on to ProCall Enterprise 8.5), the following new features have been available since July 8, 2024:
- You can now see in theUCServer administration when anupdate is available for the Cloud PBX.Theupdate can bescheduled to run onthe desired date.
Snom865 desk phone supports

ProCall App for Web (Preview) - what's new?
PROCALL APP FÜR WEB PREVIEW ADMINISTRATION SOFTPHONE VIDEOCHAT
We are continuously working on theProCall app for web, which is currently available as a preview. Version 2024.06.21 from June 24, 2024 includes the following new features:
- Forward softphone calls, make enquiries and toggle between calls
- Quality display: Thequality of voice and image transmission is now displayed directly in the call window.
- For video chats, it is now also possible to use a virtual background.
- The release notes are now available directly in the ProCall App for Web.

The Tech Essentials LIVE on June 18, 2024 was about Location Configuration: Number Formatting for Challenging Environments.
In complex environments it can happen that the external extension of a user does not match the internal number. For example, the extension number is often extended by a location-specific prefix. We show how the line assignment in the UCServer can still be carried out automatically with the help of regular expressions, outgoing calls can also be placed internally across locations if possible and the contact display is correct.
