Field testing of ProCall Business

PROCALL BUSINESS PRODUCT LAUNCH FIELD TEST BETA 

The market launch of our new product ProCall Business will take place at the end of October 2021. ProCall Business offers selected CTI and UC functions for small businesses.

The public field trial started on This means that you and your customers have the chance to take part in the field test and communicate criticism, wishes, and suggestions to estos. Registration is now possible via your partner account on my.estos.de. You can find more information on the ProCall Business product page: https://www.estos.com/produkte/procall-business

We have prepared some technical information about ProCall Business. Here you will find a comparison of the main differences between ProCall Business and ProCall Enterprise, system requirements and supported third-party products, and a best practice guide for ProCall Business deployment.  

The current version for the field test is ProCall Business 21H2 (7.3.1). Among the system requirements, you will already find the new Microsoft operating systems Windows 11 for the ProCall client and Windows Server 2022 for the UCServer.

ProCall Meetings – revised dashboard with favorites and frequently visited meeting rooms

ProCall Meetings has got a new dashboard interface for those who organize online meetings and video conferences. As of version 1.2.0, meeting rooms are now clearly displayed via My rooms, Favorites, and Other users' rooms. Now you can easily use the right meeting in any situation and keep track of it in the new dashboard.

We have supplemented the system requirements. ProCall 7 Enterprise and the new ProCall Business 21H2 (beta phase in field test) now also support the new Microsoft Windows operating systems.

  • ProCall client for Windows (7 Enterprise or Business Edition 21H2): now also supports Windows 11 in addition to Windows 10.
  • UCServer (7 Enterprise or Business Edition 21H2) now also supports Windows Server 2022 in addition to Windows Server 2019 and 2016.
