ProCall mobile app for iOS does not connect to ProCall 7 Enterprise Server: Update to PCE V 7.7 required

If the ProCall Mobile App for iOS is not operated via UCConnect, but the login is made directly to On-Premises ProCall Enterprise Web Services, connection problems are currently being observed.

The estos ProCall Mobile App for iOS version 8.1.02 has been optimized in the area of server communication in order to make information exchange with the estos ProCall Enterprise Server more efficient. This significant change also required updates or extensions to the communication interface within the ProCall Enterprise Server.

If you are running ProCall 7 Enterprise Server in a lower version than 7.7.x, permanent connection errors appear in the ProCall Mobile App after logging into the ProCall Enterprise Server, and the task "establishing connection..." is displayed cyclically.

Can I customize the e-mail template for "Send journal entry by e-mail..."? 

PROCALL ENTERPRISE  JOURNAL XSLT CONFIGURATION TEMPLATE E-MAIL

The e-mail template for "Send journal entry by e-mail" can be customized in ProCall Enterprise.

The e-mail with the journal entry data is generated in the program code based on an XSLT template. The MailJournalEntries.xslt can be found at the ProCall client under Templates\Default.
To make changes, you can copy the file and modify it accordingly:
