Extend ProCall call window – display additional telephony options when accepting a call
PROCALL ENTERPRISE CLIENT FOR WINDOWS COMMUNICATION WINDOW REGISTRY ADMINISTRATION CONFIGURATION
By default, the "Hang up" and "Enquiry" buttons are displayed in the ProCall call window after the call has been accepted.
You can from ProCall 8 Enterprise Version 8.6.3 you can add additional buttons for telephony functions to the call window via registry entries by entering the desired combination in the entry AdditionalVisibleFeatures in the registry on the workstations:
After Microsoft Windows 11 update to 24H2 – ProCall search in MetaDirectory no longer returns any results - what is the reason and what should I do?
PROCALL ENTERPRISE METADIRECTORY SEARCH WINDOWS UPDATE
After installing an update to 24H2 on a Microsoft Windows 11 the ProCall search in the MetaDirectory nolonger returnsany results .
A possible cause could be a change in 24H2 which , in contrast to earlier versions, now makes LDAP signing mandatory.

PROCALL VOICE SERVICES END DEVICES TELEPHONES PROVISIONING CONFIGURATION ADMINISTRATION
If an end device cannot be provisioned as described under ProCall Voice Services - Setting up end devices you can enter URLs manually for the end devices.

Using phone numbers with an asterisk in ECSTA for Mitel MiVoice Business
PROCALL ENTERPRISE ECSTA MITEL MIVOICE BUSINESS CONFIGURATION PBX LINES EXTENSION
InMitel MiVoice Business, users can set uptwo devices for the same extension number. For example, the first device is assigned to extension 563, the second device is given a call number in the format 5*63 .
These "extensions" cannot be read automatically from the telephone system.
In order to be able to use these * numbers in estos UCServer and make them available to the user as lines in ProCall, they must be entered manually in ECSTA for Mitel MiVoice Business.

ProCall contacts without a profile picture – which initials are displayed in the monitor and favourites?
PROCALL ENTERPRISE CONTACTS MONITOR FAVOURITES DISPLAY CLIENT FOR WINDOWS
If there is no profile picture for a contact, a contact abbreviation is displayed in the ProCall monitor or in the favourites instead.

Reminder: 31 December 2024 was the end of life for ProCall 7 Enterprise and MetaDirectory 5 Enterprise
PRODUKTLEBENSZYKLUS ABKÜNDIGUNG END-OF-MAINTENANCE END-OF-LIFE UPDATE WARTUNG ADMINISTRATION
ProCall 7 Enterprise and MetaDirectory 5 Enterprise reached End-of-Life (EoL)on 31 December 2024.
No further software changes will be made and the provision of documentation, product information and installation packages will be discontinued.
The period for using the ProCall mobile apps for iOS and Android in conjunction with ProCall 7 Enterprise and ProCall Business ends on 31 May 2025.
After that, users with ProCall 7 Enterprise or ProCall Business can no longer log in to the ProCall mobile apps: Deployment of ProCall mobile apps – end of life
