During the first provisioning request of an end device/telephone to the ProCall Voice Services, the entire configuration is transferred, including the passwords for:
SIP account (registration of the telephone with the Voice Services)
If provisioning does not work as expected when setting up end devices, you can enter the following URLs manually in the respective end devices:
The placeholder <Server ID> stands for the server ID of your system and must be replaced accordingly. You can find your server ID in the UCServer administration under"General >> Online licences >> My server ID".
