Customize search results in MetaDirectory – add database fields
METADIRECTORY ENTERPRISE ADMINISTRATION CONFIGURATION SEARCH REPLICATION DATABASE FIELDS
If a field is not displayed in the Web View of MetaDirectory search results, you can identify all available database fields and expand the search results. In our new article, we have shown how you can proceed here using the "Room Number" as an example:
Second call to a softphone line does not generate a journal entry – check signaling
PROCALL MEETINGS SOFTPHONE ERROR ANALYSIS TROUBLESHOOTING JOURNAL ENTRY SECOND CALL ADMINISTRATION DEBUG LOG
If, during a call via softphone line, the second call to this line (call on "busy") does not generate a journal entry in ProCall client, you should check the signaling in UCServer SIP Gateway.
In most cases, the second call is not signaled in the estos SIP gateway because it is intercepted by the telephone system.
