Update from 17 December 2025:  Version 8.9.1.11158 fixes a reconnection error for ProCall Desktop for Windows and is now available in the download area .

Update from 1 December 2025: Version 8.9.1.11123 is now available for download. Please update to this version if you are still using version 8.9.1.11092.

Info as of November 27, 2025: Version 8.9.1 is currently unavailable for download due to problems with changing call forwarding settings. We are working hard to find a solution and expect to make the corrected version available in the download area at the beginning of next week. We apologise for any inconvenience and will inform you as soon as the update is available.

ProCall Desktop for Windows

  • The issue where the most recently saved favourites were not loaded when starting the ProCall client has been resolved.
  • For calls received when ProCall Client is logged out, it has now been ensured that a contact search for the journal entries is performed in the locally integrated databases.
  • The ProCall client search in "external LDAP data sources" has been corrected. From now on, searches will once again be performed in the following LDAP attributes: telephoneNumber, otherTelephone, homephone, otherHomePhone, mobile, otherMobilePhone, telephoneAssistant.
