For the commissioning of ProCall integration in Microsoft Teams, there is another alternative from ProCall 7 Enterprise Version 7.4.2:
Basically, estos provides its own business application with the " estos ProCall integration in Teams" app for a quick and easy way to go live.
Companies that do not want to use this app can also provide an app registration themselves.
How to proceed for this is shown in our new article:
Please note that estos cannot provide support for the maintenance of an own app registration.

The aim is to simplify business processes by linking applications without having to change them. As individual as the implementation of solutions in interaction with third-party applications such as CRM/ERP systems along processes is for companies, so are the requirements for integration.
In this respect, there is no (across-the-board) integration of a third-party application into estos products. In order to realize a business process integration, the system environment (third-party application) and the desired integration depth must be considered in more detail and taken into account for planning and effort estimation.

In the case of business process integration, it is important to clarify which level of integration is desired in the customer project, which interface can be used here, and what is to be implemented in specific terms.
For an effort estimate and the points to be clarified, it is possible to include technical support from estos or trained estos partners.
Omit MetaDirectory contacts – database wizard: use regular expressions
METADIRECTORY REPLICATION CONFIGURATION DATA SOURCES DATABASE
We have updated our article with an example of how to use regular expressions for filtering/deleting as well as for replication with contacts in MetaDirectory:
Regular expressions (RegExp or Regex) are used to search strings for a certain pattern. For example, you can use regular expressions to perform functions such as Search/Replace with... or to specify in more detail the application of rules for call number formatting, distinction of internal or external calls and adjustments for incoming or outgoing calls based on certain criteria.
Here are some examples and hints on how to apply these rules in ProCall Enterprise.

ProCall client for Windows: Main window or monitor do not appear – workaround
PROCALL ENTERPRISE CLIENT FOR WINDOWS MONITOR TROUBLESHOOTING MAIN WINDOW ADMINISTRATION REGISTRY
If after starting or clicking on the ProCall icon the desired program (main window) or the ProCall monitor does not appear, this may be due to the fact that when changing monitors and/or resolutions, the last position of the window outside of the visible area is saved, and is restored again when opening the program windows. To correct this positioning outside the visible area, the corresponding registry entries can be removed (administrator authorization required):
