The basic configuration of the voice services, e.g. creating groups and users, assigning phone numbers and end devices as well as other basic settings such as connecting end devices or setting up the IVR, can be carried out directly in the UCServer administration.

You can set up further options, e.g. a separate SIP trunk, multiple locations, buttons on the end device or a waiting loop in the UCServer administration in the "Voice Services - Telephone System" menu via advanced configuration

Den Web Admin können Sie durch Anklicken des Links in der UCServer Verwaltung im Standardbrowser öffnen.

Alternativ klicken Sie über "Rechter Mausklick" auf den Link, um den Link in die Zwischenablage zu kopieren. Dann können Sie den Web Admin in einem beliebigen Browser öffnen. (Auf Windows Server 2016 erforderlich)

The link to open the Web Admin contains authentication tokens and is regenerated regularly.
To use the advanced configuration via the web browser, cookies and pop-ups must be enabled and JavaScript must be activated.

The following configurations can be made in the browser-based configuration interface:

Defining buttons on the end devices, entering skills

Setting call diversions and queues

Check and update firmware, set passwords

Set up SIP trunks, define internal number ranges

Outgoing routing rules and Cost Optimized Routing (COR)

Access to log files

Analysis of connection data

Recording music on hold and creating macros

The menu bar is located on the left-hand side of the administration area and its buttons are used to open the individual settings areas.
