Update notes
- If you are updating from a ProCall Infinity (DataCenter) version <= 2303.x, please note the update instructions for version 2306.0.
- When updating from versions <=2210.5 to a version >= 2403.0, you must update to one of the two versions 2306.0 or 2310.0 as an intermediate step so that the contents of the configuration database are migrated correctly with regard to line management.
- When updating from versions <=2403.x to a version >= 2406.0, all servers of the multi-server network must be terminated and the configuration database must be updated using an individually provided script before the UCServer updates can be continued.

Improvements
- UCServer
- Under Tools → Basic Services → Presence Management, you can enable the option ‘Hide all live notifications when in “Appear as offline” status’. If this setting is enabled, the “Show as offline” presence status is handled even more strictly. Not only is no presence information transmitted, but no call activity is transmitted either.
- Following a server failure, the UCServer registers SIP connections more reliably: a configurable wait time prevents connections from being registered with the telephone system too early, and in a multi-server environment, this ensures that only one server actively registers a connection at any one time.

- The failover delay can be set in the UCServer administration for each line group under Registrar . Default: 0 s (off).
- For further information, see ProCall Infinity – Automatic user redirection in the event of a UCServer failure under "SIP failover: registration delay and waiting information"
- Permissions for audio/video chats and the softphone can now be granted separately. This means, for example, that a user’s permission to use AudioChat and/or VideoChat can be revoked, whilst they can still use the softphone.
For this feature to work, at least the following versions must be installed:
- UCServer: 2026-03.3 8.9.3.12491
- ProCall Web: 7 August 2026

- ProCall Desktop for Windows
- If the connection to the UCServer is lost, a message is displayed in the ChatApp within ProCall Desktop for Windows. The ChatApp is not reloaded until the connection has been re-established.
- When an incoming call with a withheld number was received, a search in the MetaDirectory was incorrectly initiated. The issue has been resolved.
- After initiating a conference on the conference server, the status ‘On hold’ remained displayed for the B participant. The issue has been resolved.
- If a ProCall user manually set the own status to ‘Offline’, the status was displayed differently in various areas. The issue has been resolved
- If the connection to the UCServer is lost, a message is displayed in the ChatApp within ProCall Desktop for Windows. The ChatApp is not reloaded until the connection has been re-established.
- Chat in ProCall
- In the single-column view, chats can now be started more reliably directly from Favourites, the Journal, contact details and the search function — the relevant conversation opens straight away.
- The following issues when creating a group chat from favourites have been resolved:
- The pre-selection and manual selection of participants now work reliably again.
- If you cancel the creation of a group chat from your favourites, the chat view will no longer switch to an unknown contact, but to the most recently opened chat.
