Improvements
  • Various improvements to the BusyOnBusy feature have been implemented:

    • When making a second call while on a different line, BusyOnBusy now sets correctly, even if it is not enabled across devices.
    • Screen sharing no longer sets BusyOnBusy.
    • In case of a restart or crash of the UCServer, the BusyOnBusy state is reset for softphone or audio/video calls.
  • Fixed a display problem in connection with Starface PBXs when a key with stored feature code was defined on the client, e.g. to query the voicemail (e.g. '*9'). The response (200 OK) in the PAI was initially '0*93', which signaled an unnecessary change of the number. In the future, the selected string will be displayed unchanged in this case.
  • On the ProCall client for Windows, the tooltip for favorite or monitor contacts in connection with agent statuses has been improved.
  • Text fields in the ProCall client for Windows were adjusted, which showed an incorrect display under Windows 11.
  • On the ProCall client for Windows, it is now prohibited to create contacts or journal entries directly in mailboxes. A contact/journal folder must be selected.
Bug fixes
  • Resolved a crash on the ProCall client for Windows related to the MAPI-Outlook connection.
  • A crash on the ProCall client for Windows related to data sources configuration was solved.
  • Fixed a crash on the UCServer when there were too many offline journal entries.

    This affects the use of the mobile apps within a ProCall 6 Enterprise installation as of 1 January 2023. These can therefore no longer be used in a ProCall 6 Enterprise environment from this date.
