"Service Releases" and "Maintenance Releases" are now called "Feature Updates" and "Quality Updates"

ESTOS PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE RELEASES RELEASE NOTES UPDATE MAINTENANCE  ADMINISTRATION 

We have changed the wording of Service Release and Maintenance Release to Feature Update and Quality Update to make it even clearer that

  • there are new functions in the software in feature updates and
  • quality updates are improvements to the quality of the software.

This is what the terms mean

  • Quality Updates (bug fixes, closing security gaps)
  • Feature updates (extension of the scope)
  • Major releases (expansion of the scope and extension of the product life cycle)

Planning and realization of business process integration - replication via MetaDirectory for CRM system Salesforce Lightning 

PROCALL ENTERPRISE  METADIRECTORY ENTERPRISE CEBP   BUSINESS PROCESS INTEGRATION  KONFIGURATION CRM SALESFORCE

Third-party applications such as CRM/ERP systems can be integrated via Planning and realization of business process integration/system integration in different integration depths to ProCall Enterprise, for example for call resolution or contact search .
With our new article  we have established a connection to CRM system Salesforce Lightning described and for the levels 2 and 3 of depth of integration covered. 

The basis for the implementation of stage 2 is initially the access and procurement of the data from the CRM from Salesforce using MetaDirectory. estos offers its own Salesforce Replicator for this purpose.

Important for the practicable use of the MetaDirectory on Salesforce Lightning is a user account without MFA


Login error with the ProCall App for Microsoft Teams – what could be the reason?

If the login does not work when logging in to the ProCall app for Microsoft Teams, there are a few possible causes that you should check:

  • User name and password correct?
  • Accepted certificate (e.g. not self-signed)?
  • "UCServer WebService URL" correct?  Port specified?

ProCall app for Microsoft Teams is not displayed correctly – content remains empty?

If in the Microsoft Teams Client the ProCall app for Microsoft Teams integrated and can be selected in the Apps , the content is still not loaded in the Microsoft Teams window , you should check whether the Microsoft Teams embedded web page of the ProCall app is accessible from the client.

If the website cannot be displayed, the firewall and any proxy settings of the system should be checked..
