Detect and correct incorrect location configuration in ProCall
If you configure location settings in ProCall 8 and these settings could lead to processing problems, a warning message in the UCServer Administration will be displayed before saving the location settings: "... Do you want to accept the incorrect settings? The settings can be corrected automatically."

Which audio device SDKs are supported by ProCall Desktop for Windows?

To use the HID (human interface device) functions, the ProCall Audio/Video Wizard in ProCall Desktop for Windows already integrated into some software development kits (SDKs) from the respective audio device manufacturers. Further information can be found here:

The ITC trade journal connect professional tested ProCall 8 with MetaDirectory extensively and also tested ProCall NEX in various scenarios. The overall rating is "very good", and the conclusion is: "With ProCall, users can choose between a cloud solution or an on-premises solution, depending on their requirements. The on-premises version can be used with a local PBX or a cloud PBX. It is quick to learn, highly accessible and also certified. In the test, Estos ProCall 8.9.1 stood out not only for its high performance but also for its pleasant and efficient use."
