Known restrictions
If a SIP individually registered subscriber line is part of a MULAP group, estos ProCall Enterprise Client shows two call windows for this outgoing call with an identical destination number for an outgoing call on the softphone or SIP line. Two journal entries are also generated for this one outgoing call.
