ProCall 8 Enterprise – service specification for a good overview of features and functions

ECSTA for SIP Phones and Gigaset Pro end devices and base stations 

ECSTA FOR SIP PHONES DEVICES  PHONES INTEROPERABILITY GIGASET   

In cooperation with Gigaset, we can now announce, that all Pro devices (S700H PRO, R700H PRO and SL800H PRO) are running with the Gigaset base stations (firmware release 2.49.1) and ECSTA for SIP phones (V6.06).

ECSTA for SIP Phones in combination with Telekom CompanyFlex Cloud PBX – why do I need a second SIP account on the end device?

ECSTA FOR SIP PHONES TROUBLESHOOTING TELEKOM COMPANYFLEX CLOUD PBX TELEPHONY LINES END DEVICES SIP

Since December 2022, we have observed that ECSTA for SIP phones in conjunction with Telekom CompanyFlex Cloud PBX can only control the lines if a second SIP account is present and set up on the end device/phone. Otherwise the lines remain in "yellow" status. Please refer to our new article for more information:

ProCall client cannot be started in a CITRIX environment – set SeamlessFlag

If the ProCall client is to be started in a Citrix environment, the following error message appears: "ProCall cannot be started because the ProCall icon could not be created in the taskbar notification area.", please check the requirements.

To use ProCall as a published application under XenApp or Presentation Server without restrictions and error messages, (at least) the following requirements must be applied: ProCall must be configured as 'seamless' via the Citrix Server configuration in order to create the tray icon on the local Windows desktop. The seamless flags are stored in the server configuration in the registry:

Provision of ProCall Mobile Apps and EOL of ProCall 6 Enterprise - grace period until 31.05.2023

PROCALL ENTERPRISE MOBILE APP PRODUCT LIFE CYCLE END-OF-LIFE  DISCONTINUATION  SMARTPHONES IOS ANDROID MAINTENANCE  UPDATE/UPGRADE     

End of Life (EOL) for ProCall 6 Enterprise is the end of December 2022.
Please note that with EOL of ProCall 6 Enterprise the mobile apps will no longer work on this version,

The grace period for app usage in conjunction with ProCall 6 Enterprise (End of Life 2022) has been extended to .

Please switch to a product version that is not yet End of Life as soon as possible.
