Notes and information on supported audio device SDKs
Call control with end devices/human interface devices/headsets/audio devices
To use HID (Human Interface Device) functions in the Audio/Video Wizard - represented by the option Enable call control via the device - several Software Development Kits SDKs from the respective audio device manufacturers are already integrated in estos ProCall Desktop for Windows.

Audio problems? Firmware updates? Install the manufacturer's software
If you are experiencing audio problems related to the sensitivity of the headset microphone, the call volume or the noise and echo cancellation, it may be helpful to install the complete software packages from the respective manufacturers in order to optimise the audio quality using the settings options provided there.
In addition, manufacturer-specific software packages enable the firmware to be updated to the latest version in the event of a problem, which is generally recommended by estos.
