For the problem solved in ECSTA version 6.0.7.889 "During a simultaneous use of users from a softphone line and a TAPI line via multi-terminal in MX-ONE V7.3, there was a problem that the TAPI line was signaled for outgoing calls via the softphone line. This led to various consequences such as multiple call windows or the presence status "hanging". To solve the problem, changes were made in the configuration interface.

In case of unanswered calls, no entry was made in the journal if the line was busy. A workaround for ECSTA for Mitel MiVoice MX-ONE has been implemented A call to or on a busy softphone is now signaled correctly and a corresponding journal entry is created.
During simultaneous use with users of softphone and TAPI lines via multi-terminal in MX-ONE V7.3 there was a misbehavior with signaling of TAPI lines for outgoing calls, which was recognized via the softphone line.
