In the upper section of our support portal, you will find information about the current operating status of UCConnect, ProCall Mobility Services and ProCall Meetings and, if applicable, messages about faults, maintenance work or outages:
Online licensing for ProCall and MetaDirectory Enterprise – what to do if a permanent internet connection is not possible?
PROCALL ENTERPRISE METADIRECTORY ENTERPRISE LICENSING OFFLINE
From ProCall 8 Enterprise 8.0 and MetaDirectory 6 Enterprise, licenses are managed together with software maintenance contracts such as SPV and SA in the UCConnect portal.
A description of online licensing can be found here:: Online Licensing.
Offline licensing is possible in exceptional cases for on-premises installations if no stable Internet connection can be provided in the infrastructure for UCServer/MetaDirectory.
A corresponding "offline" license can be requested from estos sales for such cases.

Configuration examples for advanced location settings – managing phone numbers correctly
PROCALL ENTERPRISE CONFIGURATION PHONE NUMBERS LOCATION SETTINGS PBX
The location settings for ProCall Enterprise enable error-free dialing and display of phone numbers.
The estos ProCall site configuration has the following main tasks:
- Formatting a phone number for display, e.g. in the call window
- Formatting a phone number for an outgoing call
- Formatting a line number to assign the line to a user
Only correct location settings ensure that external phone numbers can be dialed and that phone numbers are displayed correctly.
If multiple networked locations need to be set up, the location configuration in UCServer also ensures that calls are made internally across multiple locations.
We have put together some configuration examples for common scenarios for setting up your location.
