In your own journal or in the journal browser, no journals are written for all or only for individual users.

ProCall Enterprise

There can be several reasons for this:

  • Reset the filter in the journal or journal browser to default.
  • Check in the UCServer administration --> Telephony --> Lines if the checkmark for the journal is set for the line.
  • Check in the UCServer administration --> User administration whether the affected line(s) are not assigned twice. Each line may only be assigned to one user or one computer, multiple assignment results in errors in the journaling and is not supported.
  • No calls are signaled in ProCall --> Error message "The phone call could not be placed".
