If the journals are no longer updated in ProCall, error messages are logged for these events of the UCServer with reference to the database.Continue using journal entriesPlease note the following information in connection with Microsoft Access databases:"Empfehlung der Clientanzahl für Umstellung von Microsoft Access auf Microsoft SQL Server"If you want to continue using the existing journal entries, please proceed as follows:Stop the estos UCServer serviceCreate a backup copy of the database <installation folder>\ESTOS\UCServer\database\CtiServerDatabasejournal.mdbCreate a local copy of the database <installation folder>\ESTOS\UCServer\database\CtiServerDatabasejournal.mdbStart MS Access and open the local database copyStart the function 'Compress and Repair' in MS AccessSave the repaired database and replace the broken database in the UCServer installation folderStart the UCServer service and test if the journal database can be used again.Do not continue to use journal entriesIf you can do without the existing journal entries or the above hint did not bring about any improvement, then please proceed as follows:Stop the UCServer serviceRename the database folder <installation folder>\ESTOS\UCServer\database\, e.g. to database.bakStart the UCServer service and all databases will be recreated.
