The Jabra EVOLVE 65 cordless headsets come in a variety of configurations.

If there are audio interruptions when answering the call, or if answering and hanging up is not possible with the headset button, the audio devices may be incorrectly configured.

Connection to Jabra EVOLVE 65

The "Jabra EVOLVE 65" is to be understood as a USB cable that, when the handset is removed from the charging cradle (EVOLVE 65), leads to the interruption of the USB connection with the PC, with all its consequences.

If the headset is connected via Bluetooth (Jabra Link 370), there are no audio interruptions when answering the call. Hanging up as well as answering also works on the headset button itself.

Setting up Jabra EVOLVE 65 under Audio Devices in ProCall Client

To correctly select a Jabra EVOLVE 65 as the audio device for audio/video chat and softphone in ProCall, select the connection via "Jabra Link 370" in the Audio-Video wizard in ProCall under Audio Devices.

Correct: Bluetooth with Jabra Link 370

For Jabra EVOLVE 65, always select the "Jabra Link 370". (Bluetooth)
