If a Busylight is connected via USB, it is automatically recognised by estos ProCall Enterprise Client and used to display the presence colours. If this does not work, a Busylight that has not been tested and approved by estos is probably being used.
A loudspeaker function on Busylights is not supported.

For the use of a Busylight in conjunction with ProCall Enterprise Client for Windows in a terminal server environment / VDI, we recommend the operating mode of the Remote Desktop Mode for ProCall Clients.
