ProCall DataCenter (Core) 2210.0 (Build xxxx)

WINDOWS

New Functions
  • Monitor and favorite settings of the client are now stored centrally in the Microsoft SQL database. This allows the user to move to another server in the multi-server environment while retaining the monitor and favorites settings configured by the end user.
Improvements
  • A termination of the Redis connection or a failure of the Redis server is now reliably detected, even if the connection is routed via a TLS service (stunnel) that is not running on the same server as the Redis database. In addition, a reconnect or reinitialization of the Redis database is now also performed in such cases.
  • By default, the UCServer service is initialized in such a way that Windows triggers a service restart if the service crashes.
Bug fixes
  • ACD permission level settings are now preserved again when additional settings are subsequently changed.
