The performance of the user list query via the admin interface has been optimized by removing dispensible queries for users who have never set a presence
When forwarding the client to the admin server, the name check will no longer be case-sensitive in the future.
Database accesses to the UserStates have been given a low timeout and logging has been extended so that timeouts are logged on the SQL database side.
