Bug fixes/Improvements

General

• To improve quality and identify problems, a function has been implemented that reports ECSTA crashes to estos. 
• The behaviour when ‘resetting’ the lines has been improved. 
• The connection test and its settings have been improved for the following ECSTA systems:
  • Alcatel OXE OmniPCX Enterprise / Alcatel OXO
  • Avaya IP Office (IPO)
  • MiVoice MX-One
  • MiVoice Office
  • MiVoice OpenScape Business
  • MiVoice OpenScape 4000
  • MiVoice OpenScape Voice

ECSTA for Alcatel OXE OmniPCX Enterprise

• The retrieval and provision of agent features via ECSTA has been improved.

ECSTA for Mitel MiVoice Business

• An issue has been resolved whereby log files could not be saved in the "CSTA Server for Mitel MiVoice Business" when the service was running. 

• ECSTA 7 no longer supports 32-bit operating systems. It can now only be installed on 64-bit operating systems.

• It is not possible to downgrade from ECSTA 7 to ECSTA 6.

estos Product combination

The following combinations with estos products have been approved for use with ECSTA 7. 

• ProCall 8 
• ProCall 7 Enterprise (End of Life)

Upgrade

When upgrading an existing ECSTA installation, please ensure you follow the Hinweise zum Upgrade-Verfahren.

Be sure to back up your system before making any changes to an existing installation.
