Remote desktop mode for ProCall clients in terminal server environments
PROCALL ENTERPRISE REMOTECONTROL FERNSTEUERUNG TERMINAL SERVICES CITRIX
The "Remote Desktop Mode" can be activated for ProCall with Softphone , e.g. in a Terminal Server environment.
This allows you remote access and control for ProCall clients for Windows and connected audio devices/headsets via RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol or others such as e.g. the ICA protocol). the ICA protocol) rules .
This allows you to use the executing ProCall client to take over the remote control for the ProCall client installed locally at the workstation and a headset/audio device connected there.
The remote desktop mode has been available since ProCall 8 Enterprise Version 8.4.

estos MultiLine TAPI driver - installation scenarios and diagrams
PROCALL ENTERPRISE PBX TAPI MULTILINE TSP
With the estos UCServer MultiLine TAPI driver any number of TAPI lines of the UCServer can be made available on another computer .
The MultiLine TAPI driver can be used for
- TAPI-enabled third-party applications (e.g. CRM, ERP or groupware systems with TAPI interface) in Terminal Services environments
- Cascading of estos ProCall Enterprise Servers
- Location networking or Centralization of telephony information on one or more ProCall Enterprise servers
