ProCall 8 Enterprise from version 8.6.3 with EPOS Connect from version 8.1

Installation

EPOS Connect

When using EPOS headsets, please note that the "EPOS Connect" software (EXE version) must be installed, which also installs the "EPOS DSEASDK.MSI" .

Call control via EPOS DSEASDK

The "EPOS DSEASDK.MSI" enables call control on the headset.


The software can be downloaded from the manufacturer's website. Search for "EPOS Connect for Windows" (at least version 8.1) and select "Download .exe". Install the downloaded file.

After installation, the PC must be restarted.

ProCall Client - Activate call control via the device in the audio/video wizard

If the software has been recognized by ProCall Client for Windows, the checkbox for call control can be activated in the audio/video wizard at audio devices when selecting an EPOS headset.

Otherwise, the message "Please install 'EPOS DSEASDK.MSI' first" appears.
Calls can also be made with the EPOS headsets without this software, but in this case the call control is not available.
