Observation
If a call is made to a softphone line, the second call to this line (call to "busy") does not generate a journal entry in the ProCall client.
Background
In most cases, the second call is not signaled in the estos SIP gateway because it is intercepted by the telephone system.
Solution/Procedure
Enable the UCServer debug logs and start the Wireshark trace on the UCServer host.
Recreate the behavior.
Check UCServer logs (sipav_x.txt) or Wireshark intercept as to whether the second call was signaled in the UCServer SIP gateway.
Is the second call signaled in the SIP gateway?
NO | Check the PBX configuration. |
