What is new?
Highlights
- Setting up call forwarding for colleagues: Users with the permission level “Personal” can set up or remove a call forwarding for a colleague. The destination can be their own line, a ProCall contact, or a phone number they enter. Only the lines an administrator has allowed can be forwarded. Presence must be enabled. The action is available in the context menu for contacts, calls, and chats. The person who sets the forwarding receives a confirmation. The affected person sees a notice showing that a call forwarding has been set up for their line and where their calls are being forwarded.
- In the call list, the phone number of an entry can be copied from the context menu (“Copy phone number”). A confirmation is shown after the number has been copied.
Improvements
- In the contact widget, the "Contact details" section is now first, followed by Status, Calls, Chat, and Media.
- Clicking the same presence avatar again now reliably closes the contact widget. While the contact widget is open, the avatar tooltip indicates that clicking again closes the contact information.
- Long contact lists and chat lists remain usable even when they contain a very large number of entries.
- A person can now be mentioned in a chat message even when the cursor is in the middle of the draft.
- When a chat is opened from a notification and a contact widget is already visible, the widget shows the contact of the opened chat.
Bug fixes
- In the call window of an audio chat, minimize and maximize are available only when RTT or screen sharing is in use.
- For call forwarding via TAPI, the destination is shown correctly in the interface again and matches the destination the call is forwarded to.
- The signed-in user’s own tooltip appears again when the mouse hovers over their own avatar.
- Deleted chat messages no longer appear in chat search.
- Clicking a chat notification opens the corresponding chat.
- When creating a group chat, the participant list no longer shows empty entries without a name.
- After the last message is deleted, the rest of the chat history remains visible.
- If the app takes longer to load on a slow computer and a message arrives at that exact moment in a pinned group chat, that chat is no longer shown as a one-to-one chat.
