To illustrate how involved components work together in SIP softphone and audio/video operation, the diagrams provide a quick overview at Kommunikationsbeziehungen im Softphone und AV-Betrieb
In our new article, we show that for SIP calls from or to an estos ProCall Enterprise softphone client (here the ProCall mobile app for Android or iOS), the estos UC media server as an audio relay between the client and the PBX and UCServer and via estos UCConnect, which mediate between the client and the telephone system.

Use user-defined actions in ProCall – execute URL via default browser
PROCALL ENTERPRISE CONFIGURATION USER-DEFINED ACTIONS
ProCall gives you the possibility to perform a variety of actions when a specific event (e.g. incoming call) occurs. For this purpose, there are the custom actions in the client settings.
A dedicated application must always be selected under applications, which is then executed with the parameters specified under the command line.
Thus one is actually dependent on a certain selected browser when calling URLs.
In order for the URL to be executed in the browser individually installed by the user and defined as the default, the Microsoft Windows command line tool should be invoked, i.e. normally C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe and in the command line of the action the URL with /c start as a prefix.
