Observation

Call forwarding set on the ProCall Client for the softphone number is unknown/not visible/is not signaled to the PBX.

Reason

Call forwarding is set in the UCServer (ProCall Enterprise), i.e. no information about call forwarding is sent to the telephone system...

Solution

None known.

Alternative with other restrictions

If call forwarding is set in the telephone system for softphone lines, ProCall can no longer display the status of call forwarding for the softphone line.
