Observation

Call forwarding set on the ProCall Client for the softphone number is unknown/not visible/is not signaled to the PBX.

Reason

Call forwarding is set in the UCServer (ProCall Enterprise), i.e. no call forwarding information is sent to the PBX.

Solution

None known.

Alternative with other restrictions

If call forwarding is set in the PBX for softphone lines, ProCall can no longer display the status of call forwarding for the softphone line.
