What is new?
Improvements
Anrufe
- During an active call, the update banner is hidden to avoid interruptions.
Chat
- Improved display of chat notifications.
- Links and email addresses are correctly recognised and open the appropriate action.
- Reactions: Emojis can be placed seamlessly in the text without interrupting text input.
Contact Widget
- The Contact Widget is now consistently available via the presence icon and the context menu of the active chat.
Bug fixes

- Callbacks from notifications about incoming calls now work reliably.
- Improved recognition and dialling of internal call extensions from the search
Chat
- Chats can now be started more reliably directly from the Contact Widget.
Group chats can be managed more easily, including removing participants.
Context menus and selection windows in chat are now always displayed in full.
Translations in chat are displayed more consistently and completely.
Unread messages are clearly displayed without obscuring content.
Coming up
The new main view "Contacts" – Efficient contact management made easy!
You can soon look forward to a completely new, modern and user-friendly "Contacts" view in ProCall Web. The new main area allows you to keep track of your most important contacts, create new contact groups and manage them as you wish using drag & drop. All the functions you need to add, remove and flexibly rearrange contacts are available. Of course, everything remains synchronised with your favourites and contacts from your other clients.
The view also shows you your most recently used contacts and allows you to quickly search for new contacts that you can add directly to your groups.
Look forward to sophisticated, efficient contact management that will make your everyday work noticeably easier!
As ProCall Web is under continuous development, unannounced changes are possible.
Ongoing softphone calls or audio/video chats may be interrupted if you update the app during a call.
Even when closing or reloading the browser tab in which ProCall Web is displayed, ongoing calls are terminated.
Please note that the appearance and the options for use/setup may vary depending on the browser variant used.
