What is new?
New features
New presence status "Appear as offline"
ProCall now offers the option of setting your presence status so that it is not visible to others.
Other users will not be able to see whether you are logged in, busy or on the phone.

For this purpose, ProCall offers the presence status function "Appear as offline". This status ensures that users can be logged in and active, but their presence status will permanently be displayed as "Offline" to other users until they change/reset the status again.

Improvements/Bug fixes
- The "Datenschutzerklärung "ProCall App for Web / Microsoft Teams"" has been updated, in particular with regard to the use of the open source software "Sentry" for the automatic recording of program execution, errors and anonymous crash reports, which are stored and processed exclusively in European data centres. - If the "Call forwarding" function is deactivated on the UCServer, it will no longer be available in ProCall Web either.
- The "Merge calls" function for a consultation call works as desired again.
- An error in microphone selection has been fixed.
Coming up
The new main view "Contacts" - Efficient contact management made easy!
You can soon look forward to a completely new, modern and user-friendly "Contacts" view in ProCall Web. The new main area allows you to keep track of your most important contacts, create new contact groups and manage them as you wish using drag & drop. All functions are available to you to add, remove and flexibly reorganise contacts. Of course, everything remains synchronised with your favourites and contacts from your other clients.
The view also shows you your most recently used contacts and allows you to quickly search for new contacts, which you can add directly to your groups.
Look forward to a well thought-out, efficient contact management system that will make your day-to-day work noticeably easier!
As ProCall Web is under continuous development, unannounced changes are possible.
Ongoing softphone calls or audio/video chats may be interrupted if you update the app during a call.
Even when closing or reloading the browser tab in which the ProCall Web is displayed, ongoing calls are terminated.
Please note that the appearance and the options for use/setup may vary depending on the browser variant used.
