The software is available as a preview version . There are still limitations in terms of functionality and quality. We are continuously working on further development.
New functions
- New shortcut feature for call control: This function allows you to manage calls quickly and efficiently using individually configurable key combinations according to predefined rules.
Highlights:- Easy to use: Control calls conveniently using self-defined key combinations.
- Individual configuration: Customise the shortcuts under "Settings" to suit your personal requirements.
- Predefined rules: Use predefined rules to restrict or extend the shortcuts as required.

- New call forwarding and do not disturb feature : As a user, you can now configure and remove call forwarding directly via the app for web.
In addition, the feature offers the option of setting a do not disturb function that blocks unwanted calls.
Highlights:- Call forwarding: Allows you to quickly and easily forward calls to another number when you are not available. As soon as you are available again, you can remove the forwarding just as easily.
- Do not disturb: Allows you to block unwanted calls and work undisturbed.

Improvements
- Accessibility: The application can now also be used with a window width of 320px.
- Accessibility: The user of a screen reader is now informed of all events that occur, such as:
- New chat messages
- A user is currently writing (chat)
- The number of search results
- A new user has been added to the group chat
- Incoming call
- The setting in the user profiles of the UCServer that CTI lines cannot be selected as the default line is now also displayed in the app for Web.
As the ProCall App for Web is under continuous development, unannounced changes are possible.
Ongoing softphone calls or audio/video chats may be interrupted if you update the app during a call.
Even when closing or reloading the browser tab in which the ProCall app for Web is displayed, ongoing calls are terminated.
Please note that the appearance and the options for use/setup may vary depending on the browser variant used.
